Why there is no terms text here yet

Terms of service govern the relationship between a society, its residents and us — including who is accountable for the records the platform holds. Publishing a template in the meantime would assert obligations we have not reviewed against how the product actually works.

Early societies are engaged under a written agreement rather than click-through terms. This page will carry the full text, with an effective date, once review is complete.
